Rafflesia: an SDJ fangame [BETA]

When May-Rose Carter is prompted by her college crush to take care of his daughter, Selene, she takes it up on impulse in order to impress him and rekindle what they lost from long days past. Unfortunately, May-Rose barely has a maternal bone to speak of, and it’s hard to be patient with a kid for simply doing kid things. Luckily though, Selene is a good kid. Chatty and a bit high maintenance, but easy to get along with – and right now, that’s all she can hope for.

In the meantime, Shaun Durand-Cofer – her aforementioned crush – is doing a documentary on the dubious history of Lambsworks. Ian Duff – May-Rose’s ex-boyfriend – is struggling with the pressure of the role he has as the company’s star for their breakout show. And Nick Herraras – a regular at Popov’s Yogurtopia – struggles to maintain his distance from May when she isn’t on the clock.

But when men, women, and even children fall to grotesque and untimely demises, can May-Rose prove herself a formidable caretaker and balance her own relationships with the three men?

Rafflesia is a slasher horror visual novel with elements of murder mystery and erotica. It’s ultimately a love letter doujin to the adult visual novel ‘Something’s Wrong With Sunny Day Jack’.
